Acerca del empleo

 

En AR Holdings estamos en búsqueda de un Reclutador (a) Junior quien será responsable de apoyar en los procesos de atracción y selección de talento del área de operaciones, asegurando que los candidatos se ajusten a los perfiles y valores de la empresa.

 

Principales Funciones:

 

  • Publicación de vacantes: Redactar y publicar ofertas de empleo en portales y redes sociales.
  • Revisar y filtrar CVs: De acuerdo con los requisitos establecidos para cada posición.
  • Entrevistas preliminares: Realizar entrevistas telefónicas o virtuales para validar perfil y experiencia del candidato.
  • Coordinación del proceso de selección: Agendar entrevistas con los líderes de área y dar seguimiento a cada etapa del proceso.
  • Gestión de base de datos: Mantener actualizada la información de candidatos en el sistema de seguimiento (ATS).
  • Comunicación con candidatos: Enviar correos de seguimiento, notificaciones de avances en el proceso o retroalimentación.
  • Apoyo administrativo: Preparar informes, reportes básicos y dar soporte al equipo de Recursos Humanos en otras tareas.
  • Participación en ferias o eventos de reclutamiento: Representar a la empresa en espacios de atracción de talento.

 

Requisitos:

  • Estudios en curso o finalizados en Psicología, Administración de Recursos Humanos o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia minima de 6 meses en reclutamiento masivo.
  • Manejo básico de herramientas de ATS (Applicant Tracking System) para la gestión de procesos de selección.
  • Conocimiento en el uso de diversas fuentes de reclutamiento como portales de empleo y bases de datos internas.
  • Dominio básico de herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative talent acquisition leader to drive sourcing initiatives that support our evolving workforce needs. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the local HR team, global talent and sourcing functions, and business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals. We’re seeking an individual with strong communication, organizational, and planning skills, along with 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition and management. Role Overview:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and budgets.
  • Work hand in hand with our shared service recruiting team, primarily based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
  • Leverage platforms such as Talent Neuron and Workday Recruiting.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify hiring needs and understand business requirements.

La oportunidad
