Job Description

AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to support large and complex programs in El Paso, TX.

In this role, you will lead the project controls function, driving commercial strategy, schedule performance, cost management, and change control across multi-faceted projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership capability, and deep expertise in project controls systems to ensure successful project delivery. This is an opportunity to partner closely with project leadership, influence key decisions, and contribute to the successful execution of high-impact education and infrastructure programs.

• Has the ability to review and analyze project program and oversee the production of accurate progress/performance reports.
• Able to review and assess (as required) raw data that comes from project automated systems.
• Serves as a key participant in client and/or subcontractor negotiations.
• Participates in staffing decisions for projects.
• Ensures that a tracking database is developed and maintained to cross check subcontractor funding is aligned with work authorization and expenditures.
• Involved in tracking system to insure that Project Management team is fully aware of detailed change order status.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

• BA/BS + 8 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Experience:

• K-12 or Higher Education project controls experience is highly preferred.
• Large multi project program experience.

OBJETIVO DE LA POSICIÓN:

Gestionar estratégicamente la disponibilidad, administración y control en el suministro del producto terminado en todos los canales de distribución usando eficientemente los recursos, a través de procesos que cumplan con las normas que apliquen el país. Gestionar estratégicamente las actividades relacionadas con la gestión de flota de reparto y malla de distribución a Clientes. PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:

• Velar por el cumplimiento de las operaciones y procesos del manejo de Producto terminado en Centros de distribución y Centros de Venta.
• Velar la correcta ejecución del gasto de distribución primaria y secundaria, proponer nuevos métodos de despacho de PT en función de la mejora en costos y productividad.
• Ejecución de proyectos capex de logística distribución primaria y Secundaria.
• Definir las estrategias de desarrollo de la cultura de seguridad vial.
• Liderar los foros de los mecanismos de control, Torre de Control y Junta de Cadena de Suministro.

REQUISITOS:

• Experiencia como Gerente de Logística en empresa de consumo masivo.
• Graduado de Ingeniería Industrial - Administración de Empresas o carrera afín
• Experiencia previa en liderar equipos de trabajo.
• Conocimientos en Comercio Internacional y/o operaciones logísticas.

Brindar soporte en el proceso de localización en planta todo producto nuevo que ingresa al surtido del centro de distribución. Modificar la localización de los productos centralizados existentes de acuerdo con el ciclo de vida del producto y las estadísticas de rotación de los mismos.

RESPONSABILIDAD PRINCIPAL DEL PUESTO: Garantizar la gestión integral de compras internacionales y Coordinación logística, optimizando costos, tiempos y calidad, y asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas aduaneras, sanitarias y de transporte.

FUNCIONES:

• Monitorear la importación, nacionalización, procesos de aduana y logística.
• Dar seguimiento con agente aduanero al proceso de nacionalización de todas las importaciones que ingresan por las diferentes aduanas del país.

Dominio del idioma Ingles.

Experiencia en manejo de Icoterms, fletes internacionales y trámites aduanales.

Job Summary

The Plant Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for implementing the Sanitation program, and for ensuring that all current Food Safety Standards are being met throughout the site. The Sanitation supervisor will train and develop all sanitation employees to be able to identify and control GMP issues and to enforce all current food safety standards. The Sanitation Supervisor will be responsible for communicating in a clear manner any Sanitation issues with the Quality Manager, Plant Manager, and/or all the Production and Sanitation Staff. This position reports to the Plant Quality Manager and supervises 9 direct reports across 3 shifts.

Job Duties

Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assist in the development of and maintenance of Sanitation program (HACCP, Allergen, etc.) for a variety of products in compliance with customer and government regulations.
• Assists with consumer complaint issues and leading plant teams in the direction necessary to minimize complaints.
• Assists with the development of Sanitation procedures and paperwork.
• Must have a strong working relationship with Plant Manager and Quality/Sanitation Manager
• Work with the Sanitation Team in identifying sanitation or regulation issues at assigned facility.
• Ensure that the facility is ready for Third Party or Customer inspections.
• Assists with policy, procedures and paperwork to ensure that all Company and Customer standards are achieved in assigned plant.
• Provides an atmosphere that allows for the development of supervisors and managers.
• Assists with the management of the Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Leads Continuous Improvement of facility sanitation.
• Assists with the control and maintenance of the Sanitation budget.
• Supervises Sanitation chemical suppliers.
• Manages Sanitation staff including timecard approvals.
• Ensures that all chemicals used in the plant are approved for such use and that all chemicals have current MSDS information on site.
• Responsible for the dilution testing of all chemicals needing diluted.
• Develop and train all steps of each plant clean-up.
• Responsible for the pest control program.
• Other duties as identified or assigned by Quality Manager.

• Master Sanitation Plan and other legal requirements for the food industry, including GMP’s.
• Must be knowledgeable regarding requirements of FDA and MDA.
• Must be knowledgeable in GMP’s, HACCP, Allergens and SQF.
• Must understand the 10 principles of sanitary equipment design.
• Good understanding of dry packaging equipment and facilities, as well as the functionality of ingredients in the food manufacturing and packaging process and how it relates to possible insect development.

The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $66,813 - $100,219/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
