Financial Manager for 10 sites across LA, in charge of prepare, control and analyze the company operational annual budget (+$40 million). Monthly forecast process and variance analysis for each site in the region, coordination with local engineering teams by providing projects follow-up and financials. Monthly cost reduction projects with delivered savings around $2 million per year.
