• Responsible for creating, correcting, and modifying the different marketing campaigns (emails-web pages) using HTML coding which will reach the final customer with the requested information given by the Clients I represent. • Technical Engineer for HP ProLiant Servers running Windows. • Assisting the Customers as well as the field Engineers to resolve issues with the servers, troubleshooting to diagnose the problem, requesting the pertinent reports for the appropriate diagnose, identify the part or parts that have to be replaced as well as verifying if there is a need to update either drivers or firmware for the server's hardware as they can be the cause of the issue. • Provide the Customers with the specific software downloads and walk them through the update's installations and verifying they are being applied correctly, sometimes accessing the server remotely to apply necessary changes in the configuration and do the troubleshooting with the purpose to get the server up and running again.

• Team Manager. • Responsible for the maintenance department of the Coyol Free Zone. • Handle everything related with the maintenance of the a/c units, electrical repairs, plumbing, maintenance of the gardening equipment, irrigation system, repair of the damaged buildings, etc. • Right hand man of the Operation’s Manager had to help with the entire operation process of the Park.

• Responsible for the maintenance department of 180 condominium units. • Handled the repair of roofs, hallways, basements, electrical related repairs, sump pumps, street lighting, snow plowing, grounds keeping, and everything related to these units and common areas. • Supervision of landscapers, other contractors, and companies for specific jobs.

• Responsible for the maintenance of 128 rental units. • Handled the painting, cleaning, plumbing, repairing of A/C and heating units, electrical repairing, sprinkler system repairing, all related with the maintenance of the property.

• Responsible for the operation of the machines and materials needed for the process of stainless-steel tubing, strip, wire, fiber optics, chemicals, etc. • Supplied Mills with the materials to keep them running and verify roundness of the tubing was correct as well as thickness and strength of the weld.

• Operated machinery and equipment for making tools, dies and plugs for drawing cooper, brass, and nickel silver tubing. • Worked with lathes, ID and OD grinders, polishers, diamond compounds, micrometers, brazing and welding equipment to produce tubing and irrigation products.
