Control and manage DRH processes, such as: Talent management, Career development plan, Succession plan, Climate / Engagement, Performance evaluation, Training, etc. • Identify training needs throughout the organization and identify gaps in skills or knowledge that need to be addressed. Design Training Plans as a requirement of the BASC/OAS Standards, Health, Safety and Environment Training Plan, Development Plan for all areas. • Ensure that training programs are developed within the established time in accordance with the quarterly training plan. • Evaluate and choose the best supplier options in order to provide employees with quality training and training. • Execute the definition and implementation of the Career and Succession Plans process, based on the guidelines of the Strategic Plan.
