• Develops, applies, and maintains quality and reliability standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished product. • Specifies inspection and testing mechanism, conduct quality assessment (up to and including audits) and perform statistical analysis to determine the responsibility for products and systems that do not meet required specifications. • Delivers standardization in product qualification, manufacturing quality systems and methods. • Provides feedback to Business Unit, Technology Development and/or partner engineering group on design or method and statistical process control procedures including manufacturing systems in • Develops new acceleration techniques, analytical tools and quality screens to assure the early identification of potential problems with new products, packaging, processes, and product • Responds to customer requests or events as they occur. • Makes recommendations for changes in design or formulation to improve process

• Ensures all facilities are operated and maintained in alignment with established standards and procedures. • Provide strategic direction for maintenance team. Ensure all safety procedures are followed. • Develop training programs to increase team technical capabilities. • Manage and negotiation with third-party contractors/vendors in operating and maintaining of the property. • Develops, cultivates and owns key relationships with Landlords, Property Management companies and thirdparty service providers, vendors, PROCOMER and local Regulations. • Assures capital projects, operations projects and reconfigurations are managed successfully with outstanding customer service • Drive and Support saving projects and strategic initiatives for the portfolio achieving corporate goals. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as HR, IT, Corporate Security, Safety/Emergency Preparedness, Business Assurance and Business Continuity.
