Create bookings following special process hazardous, elite or VIP, dry and reefer. Check space, equipment, and possible restrictions in destination country, use Lara program to create bookings and iBook. Use Nova to reply customer via email if something is missing or to confirm the reservation. Carefully check Lara, add manual charges if is needed. Identify errors in Lara and solve accordingly to proceed booking confirmation. Create cases on nova and subcases. Follow up on pending cases, sending remainders if needed, so all cases are solved within SLA.
