● Promoted to people and culture analyst from intern for catapulting the working environment of the Liberian headquarters from 65% to 95% of satisfaction. ● Selected as leader of the engagement team: Executed with a cross-functionally team with people from Costa Rica, Peru, and Bolivia, the annual integration and wellness plan, coordinated with suppliers, worked together with the Marketing department for the execution of the internal communication plan, scheduled the activities of the engagement plan and directed the team meetings. ● Executed the onboarding process to new entrants. ● Produced an organizational climate improvement plan for the development department of the Liberia headquarters. ● Coordinated and implemented the fairs held at the Liberian headquarters (health, Christmas, etc.) ● Assisted with the plans of the green, social, and brigade committees. ● Responsible of the process of entry and exit interviews.

● Served approximately 100 clients a day in Customer assistance: Delivered support to users in procedures such as the recovery of their credentials from different banking platforms, assistance in problems with ATMs, and raising cases to the correct people if necessary. ● Selected to invite the corporate clients of the branch to the first event organized by Liberia headquarters for the creation of a network of entrepreneurs in Guanacaste province of through telephone calls. I also assisted with the follow up on the confirmations by phone and in person.
