RESPONSIBILITIES To deliver solutions with effectiveness, quality and professionalism when supporting the Customer Service Requests coming from all the customers into the Unit. I have been trained in Ericsson Education Centers to support core networks where Ericsson products are installed. As a local engineer in Nicaragua I assist the mainly operators Claro AMX and Telefonica, also all other customers like Digicel, Millicom, Cable & Wireless in Central America, Colombia, Venezuela and Caribbean.
