This position was about taking on technical problems that the first level of technology was unable to resolve and deliver a solution to the customer directly. Issues dealt with general PC (OS) usage, incident management, account lockouts, network, connectivity such as VPN and firewall.
Order placing and item tracking support for DHL customers. Customers called in to either invoice an item to be sent, or to follow up on an item’s status.
