Experiencia
Annual Café Durán´s Project (Leading Company in Panama - Coffee Sector) which carries out product exchanges nationwide. I was in charge of the Azuero – Herrera. I performed functions in the area of Logistics, Sales, Retail and supervision of designated personnel (4 people in my charge). Responsible for the opening and closing of the store. Supervision and sending of daily reports from the main office. It is important to highlight the maintenance of the levels of customer requested by the company. Coordinated and evaluated the operation of internal procedures. Managed cash report, bank deposits and warehouse management. The control of the weekly order was taken to the headquarters on a weekly basis.
I managed my own Real Estate business in Herrera, Chitré either in the Sales, Purchase or Rental of privated & commercial premises, mall, islands and others. As an added value , I provided support in procedures related to the connection of energy, water and internet to clients. I managed a portfolio of foreign, national and local companies. I also provided additional support to foreign clients in relocation, moving and general adaptation in the local city.
I used to coordinate with another departments the monthly payroll, handling a foreign statue on the employee’s visa and relocate them. Conducted budgeting reports for the company. In charge of scheduling meeting for different departments for them to have they’re personal meeting availability each day. I sent paperwork to the government for SEM Visa procedure in order for people to achieve a temp work statue. I was in charge of the local marketing and advertising.
Work for three (3) different Vice Presidents having management daily tasks by the V.P. of Post Sales, V.P. of Technical and Global Accounts and V.P. of Customer Relations Suppliers. The tasks I conducted were as such: Sending important emails, handling confidential information, scheduled meeting, social events and originated their calendars, prepare business presentations when required and handling important documents such as their personal paying taxes, deposits and check cashing, personal payments and I was in charge of two (2) employees.
I assisted the administration department receiving and acknowledging documents, answering national and international calls, receiving and entering trades in the Ultimus system. Coordinate external messaging, assist the Administration Department (Vice President, Manager and Officers), additionally supply and monitor all kinds of office supplies, among other things, to each department of the bank. Coordinate suitcase for offices abroad. Coordinate meal reimbursements and organize lunches when required. I provided support to the HR Department in everything related to the sending and withdrawal of the payroll, keeping control of the department files. Coordinate the sending of checks, keep track of and update the files of each collaborator.
Customer Service Executive for an american company: The Great Indoors & SEARS. Provided technical support and telephone service for offers called REBATE. Additionally, I provided immediate solutions to complaints and doubts regarding said offer, taking an estimated response time of less than 2 minutes on each call; taking into account that complaints could be transferred to other departments or to the supervisor on duty.
In charge of sales and marketing of construction business (Decoration and Tiles). It was the 1st company in charge of the distribution of tiles at the Central Provinces in Panamá. Coordinated logistic, retails, orders and shipments nationwide. Coordinated visits to clients and suppliers. Supervision the sales processes. Follow up on sales openings, closings and future business opportunities (tenders). Creation of new marketing and sales strategies.
