Responsible for setting out a clear vision for the specific SAP modules in LATAM, including a benchmark for end-user and superuser adoption and capability, a diagnosis of approach and market challenges, and implementation strategy. Define a specific communication strategy relevant to the modules and LATAM that drives user adoption, effective usage of the modules, and the building of ongoing capability. Also support retrofit comms in the relevant SAP areas and the sharing of best practices. Create and maintain a network across the area to facilitate the efficient collection of system or process requirements (Regional & Local). • Responsible for executing Customs Law for Import process and taxes payment and help customer to be complying. • Lead and direct the general operations of the company with APM terminals. • Define all KPIs related to all different areas in the company and keep track of daily. • Supervise and control operations, financial and commercial areas. • Prepare plans and control budget for all activities related to P&L. • Ensure target levels of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the process Procure-to-Pay for Central America, Caribbean, and Andean countries. • Lead remote and local teams in Latin America to ensure operations excellence and compliance with Corporate Strategic Objectives in each country. • Manage supplier relationships and drive business reviews, new products or projects, etc. • Drive sourcing activities for the region and administration of the supplier selection process (e-Sourcing). • Perform spends analysis to set up regional strategies for savings projects and supplier reduction activities. • Oversee supply base strategy, policies, and category strategy for small countries. • Partner with key stakeholders to comply with franchise requirements and local regulator policies. • Be the single point of contact to implement Oracle P2P system for LATAM countries. • Manage Supply Chain business operations transfer to the Costa Rica Shared Service Center. • Work with Business and Finance areas to support Corporate Strategies.
• Successfully lead the team to do the startup of the plant in Costa Rica and hire all people required to start operation. • Lead procurement processes for raw material, mechanical and electrical components, chemical material, corrugated, or plastic packaging. • Negotiate conditions with local and global suppliers for direct/indirect material capacity and price. • Inventory Management (raw material, components, packaging material, and finished good) • Lead the planning, execution, and control process for all operations within the Supply Chain Management. • Lead SOP based on information provided by Marketing teams. • Negotiate and Manage the Logistics process from the US to Costa Rica to define the company's more cost-effective. • Administration of the Product life cycle changes • Manage all activities related to import, export, and Free Trade Zone operations. • Experience leading audits related to FDA, TUV, and other Regulatory Entities requirements to be complying.
