Summary: The Human Resources intern will support the US on-boarding experience for new employees by following up on the documentation needed for completion of the hiring process. Responsibilities: Assist the on-boarding coordinator with communication to the stores’ teams, primarily via email with missing documentation requests and timelines for completion. Communicate with the recruitment team any changes to employee start dates or questions about the new position that a candidate may raise during the on-boarding process Ensure new hires are scheduled for the weekly on-boarding training sessions that occur with HR and Loss prevention Accurate data capture, with excellent attention to detail. Education and Experience: Active student from Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, other related fields. Proficient/Intermediate English level - written skills must be intermediate Skills/ Qualifications: High attention to details Interpersonal Skills Organization MS Office – Excel, Outlook, Word Intermediate data entry skills
