Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk / Call Center Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot issues, guide users through solutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Assist users with technical problems, guiding them through step-by-step solutions. Document all interactions and solutions in the ticketing system. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product knowledge. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Previous experience in a Help Desk or Call Center environment. Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and networking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
