Position: Travel Experience Specialist Location: Remote Schedule: Flexible, project-based Compensation: $1,000–$1,200 USD/month We’re hiring a Travel Experience Specialist to help us build out tailored Latin America travel itineraries for our clients—primarily young men seeking curated, high-quality experiences abroad. This is a flexible, creative role for someone who loves travel, culture, and designing memorable trips. You’ll help us create city guides, day-by-day plans, and personalized activity recommendations. You won’t need to book anything or handle customer support—your focus is on planning, research, and crafting the experience blueprint. Key Responsibilities: Research top Latin American cities, neighborhoods, attractions, and hidden gems Plan day-by-day itineraries that include meals, nightlife, tours, and downtime Create easy-to-follow trip guides and summaries for clients Suggest culturally interesting and safe options for lodging, dining, and activities Coordinate with our internal team to update trip templates and adapt to client preferences Ideal Qualifications: Experience traveling or working in Latin America Great writing and communication skills Excellent research and planning abilities Strong sense of aesthetics, fun, and cultural nuance Bonus: Spanish or Portuguese language skills Bonus: Familiarity with Notion, Google Docs, or itinerary tools You’re a Fit If You: Love travel, planning, and helping people have amazing experiences Are organized and detail-oriented, but flexible when things change Have good taste and can explain why a certain café is better than just any café Want to be part of an early-stage brand doing something fresh in the travel space
