Job Over viewWe are hiring a full-time virtual assistant to serve as a remote receptionist.This role supports day-to-day administrative operations, patient communication, scheduling, and virtual care coordination. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has a background in healthcare, and can efficiently handle multiple responsibilities in a remote sett ing. Key responsibilities in clude:Manage inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails in English and S panishScheduling appointments, confirmations, and rem indersResponding to patient inquiries, follow ups and correspo ndenceCoordinating prescription r efillsCoordinate telehealth visits and manage related pla tformsMaintain and update patient r ecordsAssist with remote patient monitoring tasksUnderstanding basic medical termi nology Qualif icationsBackground in healthcare and relevant ex perience Experience in chronic care management (Pr eferred) Preferably a nurse or licensed prof essionalUnderstanding of medical ter minologyStrong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks eff icientlyProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and CRM systemsProficiency in EH RYourWay (pr eferred) Technical & Additional Req uirements Technical Re quirementsReliable computer with high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps)Noise-canceling headset and webcamQuiet, professional workspaceAdditional Re quirementsNBI clearance, valid ID, and a short video introductionNo other clients during required
