Acerca del empleo Company: Leading Call Center for a Fast-Growing Hospitality Chain Are you a goal-oriented individual with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service? Join our dynamic team as a Reservations Call Center Agent where you’ll be an essential part of converting inbound calls into bookings for a fast-growing budget hospitality chain. Key Responsibilities: Handle high volumes of incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings. Provide information on property locations, availability, rates, and special promotions. Answer customer questions in a professional and friendly manner. Work in rotating shifts, including night shifts, as our service operates 24/7. Requirements: Work from home setup with a good quality computer, high-speed internet, noise-canceling headset, and power backup. Fast typing speed (minimum 40 words per minute). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluency in both languages is a must). At least 1 year of call center experience . Goal-oriented and driven to succeed. Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
