Finding business owners who need capital and qualifying them fast. Driving leads to submit full funding applications. Leading and training your own team once you hit your targets. We are scouting future Team Leaders. Once you consistently hit your benchmarks, you will be given the autonomy to recruit, train, and scale your own regional "Pod."
