Companies dedicated to Medical Clinics in tourist locations in Costa Rica, ground transportation and Medical Air Evacuation to international and local tourists.

• I was in charge of migration process of the Operations & Technology to the Service Center • Improvement and standardization of substantiation balances according to the bank's policies • Automation of processes according to global policies • Constantly audit the processes according to BSS Global policies • Coordinate with country implementing changes required in order to show the correct balance sheet • Coordinate internal and external audits about accounts balance sheet substantiated • Other functions of the position
