Head guide (adventure and naturalist), for activities and concierge team, IN/OUT & activities shuttle coordinator. Started as a bartender and made my way up as a guide and then manager. Improvement of P&P´s for concierge services and activities guides. Developed operations plans and supported for emergency plans for the lodge. Developed MTB trails and events elite level. Had an interrupted period from APRIL 2015 to Jan 2017 for family business, to develop a project for goat dairy production

Family business on cattle breeding and fattening for butchery buyers including Auto Mercado. Side projects as goat dairy production and Lamb breading and fattening.

Tour coordinator for CR Soccer tours all around the country. Different group sport teams that came for preseason/vacation. I was responsible for the group during their stay. This was for few weeks a year. I taught the city tour for new guides.
