Perform DNC at all levels of the company. Design the training plans. Ensure the implementation, implementation and sustain of training plans. Design Training Plans as a requirement of the BASC/OAS Standards, Health, Safety and Environment Training Plan, Development Plan for all areas. • Ensure that training programs are developed within the established time in accordance with the quarterly training plan. • Evaluate and choose the best supplier options in order to provide employees with quality training and training. • Execute the definition and implementation of the Career and Succession Plans process, based on the guidelines of the Strategic Plan.
