1. To coordinate the volunteers’ arrival to the different work places in Heredia downtown (public institutions). 2. To help volunteers in their process of adorating to the new culture. 3. To give volunteer materials related to their projects and subject they had to develop in the classes with the teachers and sport coaches. 4. Supervise volunteer´s work in their projects, give them advices to improve their teaching and sport project program. 5. To make feed backs to the volunteers and teachers to make sure the development of the activities, also to know if the volunteers and teacher were comfortable working together. 6. To make feedback to make sure how was the volunteers’ experiences and feelings at the local family and culture in general. 7. To make workshops with volunteers from teaching and sport projects with local people from different towns in Heredia to develop English classes and sport classes for free, this during middle year vacations.

5. Able to help the trainers on the nesting period with the new hires to practice before going to the floor, and to guide them to make sure what was the process to follow. 6. Can help with new hires working side by side or shadowing and guide them on the floor during the learning processes. 7. Able to make suggestions to the new hires to help them to improve their skills on the nesting time and when they were sent to the floor. 8. Able to assign daily tasks to my coworkers when my supervisor asked me to do it and can manage and organize the teamwork when my supervisor was not able to go to work (Team lead role). 9. As main focal, I had to make sure that daily tasks and coming problems were quick distributed and resolved.
