• Support to Management on issues related to the proper functioning of the office. • Assist in matters related to Human Resources and in charge of staff training. • In charge of immigration procedures for expatriates. (Residence Permit, Work, driver's license, rental apart, among others) • Responsible for daily records in SAP system (Accounts Payable, Daily entries, Bank Reconciliation, Travel expense report.) • SAP Month-End Reports and Report to Headquarters CMAP / DIVA system. • Petty Cash Manager. • Coordinator of Corporate Social Responsibility (In charge of training and activities with the Ronald McDonald Foundation). • Sales support in reports and data extraction in SAP.

Arqueo de caja • Calculo DPO – Overdue Payables • Conciliación bancaria y Auxiliar de los adelantos a proveedores. • Proceso de pagos de Proveedores y Colaboradores • Creación de proveedores • Indicadores de mediciones de actividades del área de cuentas por pagar.
