I work directly with stakeholders in CR and U.S simultaneously. I’m responsible for setting up and deploying HTML email campaigns through the proprietary web-based platform. I ensure client emails are sent to the correct demographics by segmenting customer lists and making sure that the campaigns are being implemented flawlessly since in many cases the emails go out to millions of subscribers. I also work on specific projects involving different teams and departments, setting up and deploying triggers/API's, leading calls, be in charge of specific accounts by myself, training new coworkers, and the quality assurance on the execution of all processes performed by me and the team. Normally work with SalesForce and Jira.
