As Strategic Acct I was responsible of helping top seller partners develop their business through different strategies through a business plan presented every month to them that includes : inventory, catalog, advertising, etc. As a Sales Supervisor I was able to manage 17 collaborators. helping them grow their book of accounts with different sales strategies, I was also responsible for their grow and development through the company, training of new hires ,etc..
