Lemonade is my happiness consulting firm, a platform to influence people through services related to Happiness, Wellbeing and Positive Cultures. Part of my activities are workshops, lectures and custom initiatives.
As Talent Manager I oversaw Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Appraisal, Culture and Communications. Responsible of designing, execution and continuity of programs and toolkits for different types of contributors. Had the opportunity of implement initiatives and transform positively the environment -aligned with current tendencies on leadership, innovation, and efficiency-. I led positive cultures and collaborator’s wellbeing as way to increase engagement and obtain higher team-performance, which I consider as my main contribution to the organization.
Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations. My initial role was supporting the Start Up of the Costa Rica Manufacturing Site, which included bringing and supporting the rigth Talent, join the transferring process from US to the country, developing strategies and policies for Costa Rica HR Management, and gradually taking responsibility of different function areas. As SR HRBP I led the HR initiatives for a +1.000 employee site.
