Crear, implementar y desarrollar un plan de negocios para la sucursal bancaria.  Asignar y hacer seguimiento a la ejecución de tareas administrativas y financieras.  Dar seguimiento a transacciones financieras realizadas por los clientes.  Auditar transacciones diarias.  Realizar reportes administrativos y financieros diarios, mensuales y trimestrales.  Vigilar y evaluar el desempeño del personal.  Brindar asesoría a los clientes acerca de sus transacciones o reclamos.  Administrar, supervisar y liderar el equipo de Ventas y Caja.  Supervisar las aprobaciones de préstamos, líneas de crédito, cuentas corporativas y operaciones bancarias.
