After being a sales representative, I started to work on my career path to become a Trainer reaching the goal in 2022 after an interview process where I was able to display my skills in material preparation , delivery, time management and data analysis. • From Acting Trainer who theoretically performs similar activities to those of a trainer, I learned to be in charge of a class where the agents learn about the product and arrive at the production floor with all the tools, in the same way perform refreshers that are given directly to agents already in production, I learned to use different platforms where all the information of the training department is handled.
kills • During this period of 10 months working on a sales campaign where I developed skills about selling and maximizing sales, as well as knowing how to develop a connection with customers through the phone. In the same way my English level has improved greatly since the calls have been in English most that last between 1-3 hrs. with native people. This was an excellent experience as it helped me prepare for the position that I was interested in at the time.
