Responsible for adhering to PMO best practices, standards and framework for projects Lead and handle program risks, issues, mitigation plans and continuous improvement actions Drive collaboration and accountability with Tower Leads Responsible for initiating project reviews, as well as aggregating and coordinating project reporting information into a program level communication Works with outside team to determine the VPN tunnel for the migration Communicate progress with leadership and align workloads Facilitate meetings to obtain status updates.
