1.Manufacture products with specifications and documented procedures. 2. Register documentation to support production. 3. Identify and participate in cost-saving measures and improved methods. 4. Ensure that designated equipment is calibrated in accordance with written procedures. 5. Provide opportunities to department Quality Assurance to determine the root causes of nonconforming product and appropriate corrective actions. 6. Supervise department staff, coordinate work tasks based on production schedules and material available, caring work environment, and assesses individual performance of the team. 7. Collaborate to ensure and monitor the financial performance of the department, operating within budget guidelines, maximize the efficiency of the machines and staff, manage inventory of raw materials and goods in process. 8. Keeping manufacturing specifications and documentation of the process and ensures compliance with cGMP regulations, ISO standards, OSHA safety standards and company policies of human resources. 9. Monitor possible environmental risks and ensure compliance with the procedures.
