Act as the first point of contact between internal and external Financial Services clients. Daily revise generic emails and e-faxes of all Divisions by discerning between PO, Non PO and ticket emails and e-faxes in order to correctly log each transaction received. Review all incoming invoices by checking in the corresponding ERP to avoid duplicate payments and incorrect invoice categorization. Requirements: Studies in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance. Advanced English level. 1 year of experience.
