Position Summary The Call Center Specialist position is responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to the client, following program guidelines and call center standards. General Job Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service over the phone to vehicle owners according to customer package .Assist customers located in the North America and Latin America Region .Provide support to clients in topics related to: Roadside Assistance such as flat tires, battery issues, out of fuel, cars overheating, coordinate tow trucks and pick up service, etc .Coordinate with service providers applicable solution to customer’s request .Offer multiple solutions to different customers’ requests such as Uber, Rental Car, Hotel, etc .Exhibit high level of professionalism in interactions with colleagues, Team Leads, Operations Managers, etc .Perform other functions related to the position .
