About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team in Cristóbal. In this key role, you’ll coordinate vessel operations, support port logistics, and serve as a vital link between ships, clients, and authorities. What You’ll Do Coordinate Panama Canal transits, bunker calls, and port operations Communicate directly with shipowners, captains, and port authorities Handle documentation, pre-arrival formalities, and operational updates Ensure smooth execution of daily tasks and client satisfaction Support internal teams with administrative and logistics coordination What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and operational problem-solving skills Excellent communication in English and Spanish Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team Background in maritime, logistics, or port agency services is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (or relevant experience) Why LBH Panama?
