Customer Service Representative

About the Role We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (Weekend) to join our company. We are looking for someone who can offer solutions and ask discovery questions to help retain and upsell customers in a fun and exciting way; all while being enthusiastic about the brand. If you have a sales background and love talking to people we’d love to hear from you! Role Objectives • Drive a seamless customer experience that creates positive sentiment for our brand. • Develop in-depth knowledge of our offerings and provide informative support and tailored recommendations to customers. • Collaborate with our customer success and product teams to drive constant improvement. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and steps taken to resolve issues. • Deliver excitement and product knowledge in every interaction. • Right-Fit the customer to one of our products and deliver exceptional customer experience. • Recommend products to customers shopping and overcome objections presented on past purchases; exchange, returns. Role Requirements • This is a weekend role.
