Seasonal Call Center Representative
We are hiring new Seasonal Call Center Representatives! This is a temporary position with a flexible schedule, from early October to late December, with the potential of becoming a permanent position based on performance and needs. Employees need to be able to work between 20-29 hours per week , during low season. During peak, there could be an option to extend the number of working hours. Position Purpose: Takes incoming customer calls, places orders and answers questions; striving for total satisfaction with each customer. Our Call Center Representatives are the first point of contact for customers’ product concerns. Engages with customers and is always ready to offer information on merchandise and services.
