Customer Success Specialist

The Associate Customer Success Specialist supports an existing customer base to cultivate and build strong customer relationships over the customer lifecycle while ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement. This role is responsible for developing an excellent level of product or service knowledge to support carrying customer questions and concerns. You need: - English B2+ - Native Spanish - Schedule flexibility - Tech Skills - B2B/B2C exp. preferred - Immediate availability You have: 1+ years of a solid experience as CSR/SDR, Tech support specialist, Trainer, S.M.E, Q.A, Supervisor, Data Entry, Back office, or temporal assignments for higher roles.
