Director of Individual Philanthropy

Organization: Latino Community Foundation (LCF) Location: Hybrid (San Francisco Bay Area or Los Angeles, CA) Salary Range: $115,000 – $125,000 Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of major individual donors. Solicit leadership and major gifts (5- to 7-figure range). Develop personalized stewardship and engagement strategies. Lead donor events and campaigns in collaboration with other teams. Collaborate with the Latino Giving Circle Network (LGCN). Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years in individual donor fundraising. Experience with major gifts and donor vehicles (DAFs, stocks, planned gifts). Exceptional storytelling and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented and results-driven. Commitment to equity, inclusion, and joy in philanthropy.
