The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. Qualifications Leadership and Management skills Experience in hospitality F&B industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Financial acumen and budget management Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field Certification in Hotel Management is a plus
