Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist at our Puerto Plata resort. The Receptionist will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle phone calls, provide high-quality customer service, and perform clerical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining a professional front desk presence, coordinating schedules, assisting with guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The role contributes significantly to a welcoming and organized guest experience at the resort. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties Strong Clerical Skills and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal Customer Service expertise with a commitment to guest satisfaction Previous experience in hospitality is a plus Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; additional languages are an advantage Professional attitude with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in office software and familiarity with front desk operations
