ABOUT THE ROLE: At Trax Retail, we are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Recruitment Project Associate. RESPONSIBILITIES: Efficiently manage a high volume of tasks and projects, even under tight deadlines Build strong interpersonal relationships and rapport with representatives and team members Work closely with the different departments to ensure projects and client requests are met Serve as the primary point of contact for representatives throughout the project assignment and execution Interview and screen potential representatives/merchandisers for stores retailers' visits Explain work opportunities and answer representatives/merchandisers' questions Ensure a positive representative experience throughout the recruitment process Collaborate with your Team Lead and other team members to meet staffing needs Maximize earned revenue against project contracts Gather client feedback to improve our services and work cross-functionally to prioritize improvements Set appointments for prospective representatives in specific stores to complete projects REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years of experience in customer service, tech support, visual screening, sourcing Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with set deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong oral and written English proficiency, with excellent communication skills Proactive, detail oriented, and capable of multitasking Critical thinking and problem solving are a must Experience in retail projects is a plus Inclusive collaborator who thrives in an inclusive company culture Quick thinker who can work with minimal supervision Tech-savvy, with strong typing skills and Microsoft Office knowledge WHO WE ARE?
