Grantmaking Manager

Organization: Latino Community Foundation (LCF) Location: Hybrid or remote (CA, AZ, NV, or TX) Salary Range: $95,000 – $105,000 Key Responsibilities: Manage LCF’s grantmaking database (Salesforce). Ensure accurate and timely data and reporting. Maintain records and oversee the full grantmaking lifecycle. Collaborate on RFPs, evaluation tools, and grant timelines. Provide training and technical support to staff and grantees. Preferred Qualifications: 3–5 years in grants/donor management. Strong Salesforce or CRM experience. Data analysis and reporting skills. Project management and problem-solving abilities. Spanish fluency a plus.
