Manager, Operations

General Summary

Leads a Value Stream team with direct responsibility for Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning, and Material Planning; and dotted line responsibility for Quality.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrating commitment to the continual improvement of the EHS Management System.

• Ensuring employees are trained in their necessary functions in order to implement the ISO 14001 and ISO45001 standards.

• Ensuring that the roles, responsibilities and authorities are cascaded throughout their specific organization. Also, ensuring that these are understood and accepted as appropriate.

• Cooperating with EHS to ensure compliance with EHS standards.

• Ensuring necessary resources are available to maintain and improve the EHS Management System.
