Commercial Litigation Attorney Part Time - Weston

We are looking for a FL Bared attorney to join a thriving practice.

This is a part time position 20 hours a week and is 100% FULLY Remote.

This attorney will be responsible for client communications, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, argument, statements, settlements, and second-chair jury trials in State Courts.

Experience in foreclosure defense matters a plus.

You need to have Commercial Litigation experience of at least 3 years. Must be in good standing with the FL Bar.

- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

- Foreclosure experience preferred

- Commercial Litigation experience desired

- Above-average academic credentials and references

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

- Licensed attorney

- Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
