Location: Must be in our Managua, Nicaragua or Cali, Colombia offices

Language: Advanced English

Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST

Experience: At least 2 years.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual HR Specialist with vast experience in talent acquisition & retention. The right candidate will lead the end-to-end recruitment processes for our BPO clients. This role is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and result-driven who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and hiring for diverse roles.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a strong candidate experience and meeting clients hiring timelines. At the same time making sure our talent is content with their work environment. Our talent is the most important resource in our company.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for BPO (client-facing roles)
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews in English and/or Spanish
  • Present qualified candidates to client and/or hiring managers
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with client and/or hiring manager
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools
  • Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs
  • Support employer branding and job posting strategies
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires
  • Follow up on new hire adaptation and engagement
  • Assist in offboarding processes when required
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support, manage, and track attendance, punctuality, and PTO
  • Help address basic employee concerns and escalate when needed
  • Promote and reinforce company values and culture
  • Support engagement initiatives and team activities
  • Assist in internal communications and recognition initiatives
  • Help foster a positive, collaborative, and respectful work environment
  • Encourage employee participation in company programs and activities

 

Skills

  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Excellent communication in English and Spanish
  • Organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfort using ATS and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

 

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields preferred

Experience

  • 2–3 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
  • Experience recruiting for BPO, tech, or customer support roles is a plus
