Summary:

The Human Resources intern will support the US on-boarding experience for new employees by following up on the documentation needed for completion of the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the on-boarding coordinator with communication to the stores’ teams, primarily via email with missing documentation requests and timelines for completion.
• Communicate with the recruitment team any changes to employee start dates or questions about the new position that a candidate may raise during the on-boarding process
• Ensure new hires are scheduled for the weekly on-boarding training sessions that occur with HR and Loss prevention
• Accurate data capture, with excellent attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

• Active student from Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, other related fields.
• Proficient/Intermediate English level - written skills must be intermediate
