Production Supervisor

Job Purpose

Supervise production lines according to production plan and on-site management to achieve safety, quality improvement and efficiency ensuring the optimization about resources.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and supervise daily production activities, and resolves daily manufacturing issues (manpower, method, machine, material and environment) by requesting for support from other departments and teams.

· Drive standardization of production operations following SOP and WI requirements. Allocate and balance manpower resources to achieve productivity, reduce waste and minimize productivity loss.

· Collects and reports monthly KPI of individual staffs to manager on time. Monitor and track all the core team metrics including safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and productivity for monthly, weekly or daily KPIs reports.

· Ensure and maintain 7’S on the areas under his responsibilities.

· Support new projects to ensure target completion date and goals are met.

· Work with PMC together and set appropriate PVA for PD team.

· Ensure transactions in SAP in a timely manner (MR – SRN – CAN – Hours confirmation).

· Investigate root causes of non-conformances in audit, identify and execute corrective actions by the expected completion date and ensure follow up and/or open issues in a CAPA.

· Ensure comply with Good Manufacturing practices (GMPs) and the integrity to our products.

· Identify training needs for their employees.

Requirements:

· Bachelor Diploma or above qualification in Mechanical, Electronic, Electric, Mechatronic Engineering or other technical related preferred over Industrial Engineering.

· Work experience: 1-3 years of assembly production supervisory work experience in goods manufacturing environment.· Self-driven.

· ISO 14000 Environmental Management System.

· ISO 9000 Quality Management System.
