The Replenishment Area at Dollarcity

We manage and control product inventories in the company throughout its value chain. Our main objective is to make sure that each store has the correct quantity of products at the right time, therefore ensuring their sale and display.

As International Planning Administrator:

You will be responsible for planning and guaranteeing the entire inventory flow from beginning to end for international products. Your main goal is to ensure that optimal inventory levels are maintained and promote a constant flow of communication with the Demand Team, Purchasing and International Trade departments in order to execute plans that will allow the achievement of KPIs and develop a culture of continuous improvement.

What will your day to day look like?

• Place monthly orders to the international vendors, ensuring stock availability but avoiding overstock at the warehouses.
• Manage a close relationship with vendors and monitor the on time and complete delivery of the purchase orders to guarantee having the correct product at the correct time.
• Analyze and send monthly order forecast to the vendors to give visibility of future orders and avoid stockouts.
• Work alongside the purchase team to define growth strategies and mitigate stock outs in the different categories.

What do you need to be successful?

• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Supply Chain is required.
• 3+ years relevant experience in related areas as it will enable the analytical and commercial mindset needed to be successful in the role.
• Bilingualism and excellent communication skills are required since you will be working on a multinational organization with international stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a rapid and complex environment as we are part of a highly dynamic organization.
• Strong analytical skills as they help you parse data and information to develop creative, rational solutions
• Experience with SAP or other major ERP is necessary to be able to correctly utilize the systems and tools.
