WAREHOUSE CLERK SHIPPING

LOCATION: FLORIDA, Riverside Drive Palm Beach Gardens

Type: Full Time

You'll be a fit for this job if you have:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

1 to 2 years of previous warehousing / shipping (both domestic and international) experience (medical device industry preferred) or 12 to 18 months on the job training.

In this position you'll:

Familiarity with computers - shipping systems Federal Express and U.P.S. and warehouse management systems, and applications Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Must be able to read (English) and follow instructions and perform simple arithmetic.

Good communication skills both verbal and written (English).

Good driving record.

Familiar with pallet lift operation preferred but will train and certify on the job.

Able to handle heavy materials 50+ pounds utilizing various warehouse lifting equipment (must be able to lift 40 pounds unassisted).

Restock received product into the pulling stock bins utilizing and maintaining FIFO (first in first out) organization.

Generate daily shipping orders and pull product from finished goods shelves (utilizing "First in, First Out" procedures) matching product with shipping order.

Accurately scan all pulled product from the inventory system utilizing the bar-code shipping software.

Properly verify and re-label all products for international shipment per client Dentals General Procedure GP-91.

To get hired at QUALITY CONSUTING GROUP, you MUST be:

Under routine supervision, generate and separate shipping orders, prepare and maintain shipping supplies, accurately pull product from finished good inventory for customer orders and product requisitions, properly scan product with barcode reader, pack, document (both domestic and international), and ship domestic, international, and inter-company orders. Organizes and files all shipping documents. Interact with the Customer Service department personnel. Perform daily inventory cycle counts of finish good inventory. Receives in and restocks finish good product. Maintain organization and cleanliness of stockroom area.
