Are you deeply passionate about websites and digital development? Do you see yourself creating intuitive interfaces to provide transformative brand experiences to customers at the world’s largest jewellery brand? If so, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!

UX leadership and design
As UX Designer, you will provide critical in-house UX leadership across our digital technology stack, contributing to and maintaining consistent UX design standards across products. In this role, you will collaborate with other UX Designers to ensure designs and direction are aligned with each other and to collect feedback. You will also work closely with the Development team to provide information or guidance on designs as needed, and review and validate what has been developed. Further to this, you will present various stages of interface design development to business owners, team members and other stakeholders within Pandora.

You will work as part of the product teams, visualising designs, options and solutions. You will act as an advocate for the user and the value of the customer experience. To do this, you will build and maintain customer personas which will inform design decisions based on new product features to be developed.

In addition, as UX Designer you will:

  • Attend sprint meetings to clarify design specifications with Development team, and to support the demo of new/updated features that have been developed
  • Present concepts, work in progress and complete experiences to stakeholders at all levels within Pandora
  • Ensure the user gets what they want, need and expect from the web and omni-channel experiences we create
  • Ambitious with a strong passion for retail
You might be the person we are looking for if you are passionate about all things IT, and love to be involved in hackathons, show and tells, and enjoy socialising and supporting other techies. You are a strong communicator and are quick to build relationships with those around you, acting with integrity in all situations. Being pragmatic, you consider all outcomes before you make decisions, and listen to other’s points of view. Finally, you are ambitious and want to continue to learn new skills to further your career.

Further to the above, you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience creating highly detailed annotated wireframes, user flows and process flows for digital experiences
  • Used tools such as Sketch, Craft, InVision, Axure, and XD for wireframing and presenting your ideas
  • Knowledge of the Scrum development process and experience with project estimation
  • Familiarity with user interface patterns for web and mobile
  • Experience in conducting user research from test script creation to analysing the results and presenting findings with recommendations
  • Your new team
As a member of the Digital Development team, you will report to the Design Director and join a dynamic team who are responsible for all of Pandora’s websites globally. We are responsible for delivering on our strategic ambition to be industry leaders in digital, owning and delivering out digital product and technology vision, strategy and roadmap.
