Job Description: Job Title: Total Rewards Service Line Junior Project Manager


Position Summary:
This role will report to the TR Service Line Lead with an immediate start date and required up until 12/31/20 with the potential to be extended into Q2-Q3 2021. The contract term at this time is until 12/31/20. The primary focus of this role is to assist the two Total Rewards and Compensation PSI (Process, Systems and Integration) Project Managers with Project Management and Coordination, as well as assist the TR Service Line Lead with project management of small team projects, and some day to day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management activities and responsibilities that will support the *** People Services Integration deliverables.
  • This role will work closely with and take direction from the senior Project Manager(s) accountable for managing the Project of integration of Total Rewards programs, systems, file integrations, tools and functions.
  • This includes but is not limited to assisting with developing and updating large complex project plans, representing the Project Manager(s) at Total Rewards meetings as needed, taking accurate meeting notes and actions and distributing these appropriately, follow up on agreed meeting actions as well as on key Total Rewards integration deliverables.
  • The scheduling and planning of meetings, creating agendas, creating PowerPoint presentations is also a key aspect of this role.
  • Performing analysis and preparing dashboards to communicate analysis as required
  • This role is also responsible to support the Global Total Rewards Service Line Lead with managing small to mid-sized TR projects that may be unrelated to the PSI integration as well as with managing her calendar, scheduling and planning of meetings, creating agendas, creating PowerPoint presentations, etc.

  • Desired Experience & Capabilities:
  • 1-2 years of project management experience independently managing multiple small to mid-sized projects, preferably for a Human Resources function
  • Experience with project management methodology, including stakeholder assessment, action identification, meeting management, risk management and experience with providing regular updates via routine reporting mechanisms such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc..
  • Experience creating and updating projects tasks and milestones, risks and resources with an MS Office Suite application (Outlook, MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Tableau and Visio is a plus
  • At least 1 year in a global environment with knowledge of working in multiple timezones
  • Creative problem-solving skills, ability to work independently on tasks, be organized in delivery
  • Education Requirement:
  • Bachelors degree with project management courses and some post-graduate work being a plus
  • PMI certification is a plus
